With over 110 video lessons, this course starts with the core basics and builds rapidly to set you up with a breadth and depth of knowledge, making you an informed and capable operations manager. Most students take the course intensively over 1-3 weeks applying themselves for about 15 hours of study in total. This includes the video lessons, exercises, practice tests and templates to help you apply the the methodologies yourself.
